Martial Arts Ladies Only
We have recently developed a Ladies Only Kickboxing programme, for those of you who would prefer to train in a relaxed, female only environment, starting at your own pace. The programme concentrates on improving fitness, muscle tone, aids weight loss and helps you to get in all round great shape!
You will also be taught self-defence techniques and learn to build your confidence. As with all forms of Martial Arts, this programme will help you to become more focused and will aid concentration and motivation in other areas of your life, such as work and studying.
This class is great if you are coming alone – you will be made to feel welcome and part of our friendly group. The class is also great for Mums and Daughters, as well as groups of friends. Why not have fun whilst getting fit! There really is something for everyone.
